The benefits of eating fruit & veg especially for women at mid-age.

Midlife is a time of change where our bodies require more care and attention.  Neglecting our health at this stage can lead to long-term consequences, affecting our vitality, longevity, and overall well-being.

Feeling stagnant:  A comon feeling in midlife where we are left thinking “if there’s more to life than this”!

Health challenges:  Aches and pains seem to pop-up out of nowhere as well as increasing risks of chronic diseases.

Low energy:  Getting out of bed in the morning, low-esteem.  It’s just a struggle to keep up with the demands of daily life.

 

Research has found that, increasing our daily intake as well as adding a wide variety of fruit and vegetables can be a considerable benefit to our mental health, gut and overall body in midlife and beyond.

It explicits,  especially in women, fruit and vegetables can lessen stress, help reduce depression and anxiety as well as keeping a healthier gut.

 

Furthermore, As fruit and veggies are packed with nutrients and minerals, they can provide us with the energy (boost) we desparately need to fight the tiresome midlife stagnation.

So, Ladies, let’s start shuffling on the fruits and veggies to look after our bodies, minds and gut!
